Shade Forever - Return and Refund Policy
Congratulations on purchasing a truly superior shade experience from Shade Forever (Pty) Ltd
As your complete satisfaction is our greatest concern, kindly note the following:
1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 calendar days of receipt thereof.
Please note that the product must be unused, in original condition (undamaged, with all its original components, in its original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition). We will also require proof of purchase.
2. Warranty Repairs
Shade Forever Umbrellas are covered by extensive manufacturers guarantees. This means that, should your umbrella fail during this time due to manufacturing defect, we will replace or repair it at no cost to you. During this warranty period all issues with the umbrella should be referred to Shade Forever directly.
This matter will be dealt with as follows:

Refunds will be by your original method of payment or a mutually acceptable alternative.
4. Delivery
If your umbrella is repaired or replaced under the manufacturers guarantee delivery (inside South Africa) is free of charge. We will also reimburse all reasonable costs of returning the unit to us.
All other collection, shipping and delivery costs will be to your account.
